On Sunday, November 20, 2011 the Northern Virginia Alumnae Chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma gathered to celebrate the founding of our Fraternity. Over tea, our sisters honored the women who began the Fraternity in 1913 and re-dedicated themselves to the twin ideals, “the brotherhood of man and the alleviation of the world’s pain”.
